Step 1 - Fill out the Form
Fill out the Google Form below! Select your show date and time, tell us how many students and chaperones you'll bring, and answer a few other basic questions. Filling out this Form does not guarantee your seats.
Step 2 - Receive verification email and submit 20% deposit
We will verify your submission and confirm your reservation via email. Your 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your reservation and can be paid with a card by calling the CYT office, with cash or check by visiting the CYT Office, with a Purchase Order, or by mailing it to the CYT Office. If the non-refundable 20% deposit is not submitted at the time of your booking, then your reservation may be released, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Step 3 - Pay remaining balance
Your final payment (the remaining 80% of your order) is due no later than one month before your field trip. As with the 20% deposit, the remaining balance may be paid with a card by calling the CYT office and asking for the Office Administrator, with cash by visiting the CYT Office, with a Purchase Order or by mailing a check to the CYT Office. If remaining balance is not paid by your assigned due date (30 days prior to your performance), your reservation is at risk of being dropped.
