Neil Schultz is a pastor, leadership coach, director, and lifelong performer who loves helping young people discover the confidence and joy that come from telling a great story. He studied opera vocal performance at San Diego State University and brings experience in choral music, show choir, worship leadership, directing, teaching, and acting in most notably, Andrew Lloyd Weber's 3rd National Tour of The Phantom of the Opera as the understudy to Raoul de Chagny. Neil is especially drawn to Fiddler on the Roof because of its unforgettable characters, humor, heart, and exploration of family, faith, and tradition. He and his wife, Robyn, live in Post Falls with their seven children and are grateful to be part of the CYT North Idaho community.

Robyn is an educator, performer, and mentor with more than 25 years of teaching experience in elementary education, homeschooling, online instruction, and Classical Christian school leadership. Originally from Northern California, she graduated from San Diego Christian College with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology and later earned a Master’s Degree in Cross-Cultural Education from National University. After moving to North Idaho in 2024, Robyn brought with her a lifelong love for theater — from roles in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia), Anything Goes, South Pacific, and The Magic Brocade, to directing the acting portion of a traveling college theater and vocal ensemble, performing Handel’s Messiah, and most recently appearing in the Texas Youth Ballet’s Nutcracker. She has served as a Children’s Ministry Director and has directed multiple children’s pageants and church productions. In a surprising twist, Robyn also earned a Nursing degree from Collin College and spent time as a Labor and Delivery nurse before returning to full-time teaching. Teaching and theater are both a calling and a passion for her. Robyn and her husband Neil have been married for 27 years and are raising their seven children here in the beautiful Inland Northwest. She loves travel, reading, writing, theater (both on and off the stage), and drinking copious amounts of tea and coffee.
